Rooted in mindful movement and breath, this class emphasizes core support, alignment, and functional strength while maintaining a calm, grounded pace. We focus on creating a stable foundation (root) so you can move with confidence and lightness (rise).
 

While primarily Pilates-based, Root to Rise carries the deeper intention of caring for the whole person — encouraging presence, body awareness, and a supportive group environment.
 

This class is suitable for all levels, with options offered to meet your body where it is each day.
