I offer Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation in North Vancouver to support you in moving with intention, building core strength, and finding balance through every season of life.
Rooted in a therapeutic and mindful approach, my classes are designed to create space in the body and calm in the mind — helping you feel grounded, strong, and at ease.
My journey with yoga began in 2009 and with Pilates in 2017. These practices have supported me through life’s highs and lows, becoming steady sources of strength, resilience, and clarity. I believe in the power of mindful movement to connect body and mind — offering not just physical benefits, but a deeper sense of presence and inner balance.
